EMPLOYEE TRACKING SYSTEM
ABSTRACT
The main objective of the system is to provide secured, transparent and reliable database which can store the data coherently. Furthermore, the access to the database is different for different types of logins, which make the database hard to manipulate. This process should take place in a hassle free manner.
This database contains unique fields such as availability of employee, ratings of employee given by the head and feedback columns for clients, which makes this database far more reliable than any other database. One of the special feature is that everybody who can access the database can view the complete database without any restrictions, although each type of login has different privileges for inserting the data into it. The new system integrates Human Resource Information, Client management and Project management at one place.
This application provides option for employees, team leaders and clients to track status of project based on accurate data updated by projects members. This can help is better communication between clients and company.
EXISTING SYSTEM:
Employee Databases are maintained by all companies to store their employee’s details. The Database contain field like ID, Name, Job, Address, Contact, Email, Hire_ Date. The current trend is to store different projects in different databases, however that approach is time consuming and expensive. The databases are not transparent.
PROPOSED SYSTEM:
This system integrates Human Resource Information, Client management and Project management at one place. Everybody who can access the database can view the complete database without any restrictions.
