Developing Rural Economy
Abstract:
We need is a dedicated policy push to create alternate avenues of employment and work in rural areas. This calls for major skill development programs in rural areas which can push a section of the population towards non-farm activities and reduce overcrowding of the agriculture sector. Alternative income avenues to create jobs outside agriculture in rural areas include a policy push to help develop the retail sector, improve education, boost rural entrepreneurship, develop tourism, cottage and handicraft industries, horticulture, fisheries and create better connectivity with urban centre and infrastructure The key to rural economic development is to figure out which businesses can be supported by your population and labor force, and which components of the historic farming, logging, or mining economic base are still viable. Then just like all local economies, rural economies have to take responsibility for themselves, promote creative new businesses that can sell to customers from outside the community, and diversify to reduce risk from too much concentration in one particular product. The era of a truly global economy makes everything much less predictable, and your communities have to be ready for macro economic trends over which they have no control. Most farm families in the United States have already taken action to increase their income and its predictability through the employment of at least one family member off the farm. That's a rational individual household action. From the community development perspective, though, those jobs should be as close to the rural housing as possible, simply because reducing the commute to work makes sense in all cases. That's where diversifying through rural economic development, and strengthening the non-agricultural elements of the local economy, becomes important.

EXISTING SYSTEM:
The existing system, people can send only the request and submitted details. The people can send to officer in our details around him living life changes and some details(problem ) assign to govt(officer). Admin (officer) view people details and people all details. and assign to head officers. head officer can see all people problem and information and find out area people status(high or low)details.the process used to people and officer good connectivity for help people.
Advantages:-
· people can easily share his view about any message and images.
· People can see posted details accept or post and assignstatus
Disadvantages:
· People can’t link to head officer .
Application:-
· This system is useful for the people who need review about their problem .
· This system is also useful for the people who need review about any particular event that is posted.

People module , user should register and login fill in the application form and assign to admin(officer) . people can see the upload status and admin (officer)posted details for ( pending, accept or confirm) status.
Officer module:
Admin (officer) view people details and find out status discription. also people area details .the people living area improved specifications
And problem to submits to head officer.
Head officer:
Head officer can view people details and give confirm
Status for officer submitted people details.
