PURPOSE
In the
organization there is no internal mailing system to pass the information
internally within the company employees. To send any information it is required
to use general mailing systems such as google, yahoo, hotmail, etc

PROBLEMS OF EXISTING SYSTEM
- Using
these public mailing systems it is prone to reveal the organization’s internal messages to the
outside world.
- In these public mailing systems there is no privacy and security for our mails. Using these systems is not recommendable when we want to send a mail which is containing confidential information of the company. In this type of cases it may lead to happened loss to the company.
- Depending
on the public mailing services to send official messages to the internal
organization people is very dangerous, it is because of all the mails
which are going through the public mailing servers are accessed by the
server owners.
- So
here is a chance to leak the sensitive information to the outside people
and they may do malpractices with this data and cause to great damage to
the organization’s system and to the business too.
1.3 SCOPE
- The
Simulated Email Application is intended
to be used in an organization.
- The
organization is required a safe and secure mailing system to use
internally among the organization’s employees only.
- This
system should not allow the people who are from outside of the company.
1.4 PROPOSED SYSTEM
This
proposed system only company employees can have mail-ids and they only can send and receive the mails through this
mailing system. So there is no chance to the intruders to get into the
organization network and know about the internal information, which is very
sensitive and confidential to the company.
While using this mailing system
there is no need of the internet access from the organization, as it is an
intranet mailing application employees need not to get connected to the
internet, so there is no way to the hackers to access our network and gain
access on our organizations information.
WHAT’S NEW IN THE APPLICATION?

It provides all the services, which are being provided
by other public mailing systems
and also security to the messaging to the company people internally.

The companies which are needed to transmit
confidential mails among its company employees are required to have this
“Secure Web Mail” system for them which is served by their own mailing servers.
