Personal Finance Application
ABSTRACT:
The application we are developing is “Personal finance application”. It is a tool developed for android platform. It mainly helps us to keep a track of our personal expenses, bills etc...This releases one from stress of remembering everything such as daily expenses, the bills which are to be cleared. All we have to do is to store the details regarding budget, daily expenses in the database before itself. This project is based on database in which we can store and retrieve all the information regarding our daily expenses, budget details. In this project there is feasibility to change and delete the data which is not required.
Purpose:
The purpose of this tool is to store monthly expenses and yearly transactions of our account which can be stored in the mobile. As this is a mobile application one can easily organize his actions where ever he is with ease. With this tool one can quickly get the summary of transactions. The tool is to be build up using Android SDK, which makes the application can be deployed on any android powered mobile phones.
Scope:
One of the fastest growing industries now a day is mobile industry. There are many competitors in this area who are doing research and development on new platforms & user experience. One such technology is Android from Google which is supported for Google phones. These phones are described as next Generation mobiles [As described by Google]. Developing application for such mobile phones using the open source android SDK with a well known concept of maintaining his own Finance Manager in his mobile is quite interesting. This makes one to keep track of one’s transactions in his mobile and can store his monthly as well as yearly account transactions.

We wanted to build Personal Finance application in Mobile phone with the latest technology in the market. One such technology is Google Android SDK.
Project Description:
The Android SDK includes a comprehensive set of development tools. Requirements include Java Development Kit, the officially supported integrated development environment (IDE) is Eclipse (3.2 or later) using the Android Development Tools (ADT) Plug in, though developers may use any text editor to edit Java and XML files then use command line tools to create, build and debug Android applications This application enables us to create various accounts and also used for fund transfer from one account to another account.
